This Privacy and Cookie Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by Compendium, LLC (dba “Compendium360”) when you visit https://www.Compendium360.com (the “Site”) or engage the services of Compendium360 through our software service platform at https://app.compendium360.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and (when in line with the preferences you have shared with us) provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

In addition, in conjunction with your use of the Site we may collect personally identifiable information.  The term “personally identifiable information” (“PII”) means any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. The term “aggregate information” means information that does not generally allow us to identify or contact a specific individual but describes a general category of information about visitors to the Site, such as demographics, or visitors using a particular browser to access the Site.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

When you engage in a transaction on the Site, we must collect certain PII.  This information is stored on our systems.  We will never sell your personally identifiable information.  All information collected from form submissions, user analytics, sign-up forms, platform databases, etc. will only be used to provide the services offered on the Site and for certain marketing and business support activities.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We value your personal information and your desire to keep it safe. To the extreme minimum possible, we may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us facilitate certain aspects of the Platform, as described herein. For example, we use Gmail to send notifications, messages, and emails to clients.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

We do not engage in beahvioral advertising.

DO NOT TRACK

We comply with ‘do not track’ requests when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is designed for users of all ages.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Please review it occasionally. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site in a timely manner.
